ATM Fees

If you have gone to an ATM and were charged a fee which was not disclosed on a PRINTED sign located on the machine, AS WELL as a disclosure on the screen, or if the two notices were inconsistent with each other, or the amount you were charged, you can recover your fee back and seek additional compensation under the law.
